Deva Brat who's real name is Sheldon Smith is due in court today to answer charges of sexual molestation of a 14 year girl. On March 27, 2008 Deva Brat appeared in Spanish Town Resident Magistrate Court and was denied bail because his legal team didn't show to represent him. The Dj's charges stem from young girl reportedly walking along Westchester community when she was approached by two men whom she claims dragged her into a room and sexually assaulted her while Smith was present.
