Portmore Empire's first lieutenant Sheldon Smith also known as Deva Brat was once again denied bail when he appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's court last week because of the fact that there are two carnal abuse cases pending against him. Deva Brat will be remanded until June 26.
The Dj's charges stem from a young girl reportedly walking along Westchester community when she was approached by two men whom she claims dragged her into a room and sexually assaulted her while Smith was present.
