The main prosecution witness in the Vybz Kartel murder trial was this morning shown photographs from which he identified the entertainer.
The witness also identified co-accused Shane Williams who he said he knew as 'Terrence'; Andre St John and another man as 'Mad Puss'.
The prosecution witness also identified Kartel in several voice notes issuing threats if he did not get back his "two new shoes".
The judge then asked what he meant by shoes and the witnesses responded that Kartel was referring to two guns.
The witness has also testified that he and Clive 'Lizard' Williams were taken in a taxi to Kartel’s Havendale house where the entertainer questioned them about two missing guns.
He also testified that they were attacked and that he saw Williams lying motionless on the living room floor of the house.
The prosecution has so far called 24 witnesses at the trial, which began in November last year and is said to be one of the longest criminal trials in a circuit court in Jamaican history.
The prosecution has submitted text messages, video footage and messages allegedly taken from a BlackBerry cellphone attributed to Kartel.
The Crown is alleging that Kartel; entertainer Shawn Campbell, popularly known as Shawn Storm; André St John; Shane Williams; and Kahira Jones, murdered Williams on August 16, 2011.
